Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ZenVentra Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly and then email us at support@zenventrawellness.com for further assistance.

Split Shipments
